Mt. Whitney hike

The Stake Youngmen hiked Whitney in August and John was invited on the 50 mile backpacking trip. John only made 28 miles of the trip, he had to take an injured hiker out of the wilderness. It was good to be in the outdoors for several days. Unfortuately the body can not take the long hiking abuse any more, way too much pain the last few days.

July 4th trip to Utah

We had spent the 4th in Richfield. We saw Mom and Dad, Brothers Bill and Mark were there. It was good to see them. Aunt Kym's kids rode to Vegas with us, we stopped in St. George to see the Temple. In Vegas we were babysitters for Bella, great time!!!
